Zement Construction was founded in 2019 by Armando Zapata. After many years of apprenticeship in the field with his father, he acquired the craftsmanship and tools necessary to dominate the DFW market as one of the most established and reliable contractors in the metroplex. Armando prides himself in expanding and now serving the entire DFW.
